Within the Town of Horizon City's Online Permit Center, you have the ability to:

Operation Hours: 

Monday-Thursday 7:00am to 6:00pm Closed Friday

(Closed for lunch 11:45am to 1:00pm)

Town Hall will be closed all major holidays and between Christmas and New Year's Day (**If the Holiday falls on a Saturday, the holiday will be observed Friday (the day before) if the holiday falls on Sunday, the holiday will be observed on Monday (the day after)**)
